Kelly Holland

Kelly is Chief Operations Officer of The CIP Group companies. As part of The CIP Group team for 20+ years, Kelly brings expertise in employee benefits, financial services, operations and fitting a square peg into a round hole. Kelly oversees the technology integration experience at The CIP Group, striving to make employee benefit administration as easy as possible for our clients.

Kelly graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She has prior work experience as a life & disability underwriter for IDR, Inc. in Bloomfield, CT. She is active in the community and volunteers her time as a on her children school's PTO Executive Board. Kelly is married and has two children, 15 and 12.
