Karyn H. Rhodes

Karyn brings many years of senior-level experience in human resources best practices to The CIP Group, where she serves as Senior Managing Director, HR Services. She is a national and regional speaker and contributor to business magazines, television and radio shows on HR related topics.  She specializes and leads a team that focuses in all areas of human resources, including strategic planning, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compliance, training and development, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, organizational development, executive coaching, workforce planning, affirmative action plans and safety. 

Karyn has worked as an instructor for Bryant University and Cape Cod Community College. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Development Center and CBTC, formerly Board of Directors for RI SHRM, and NEBA.  She holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University, an advanced certification in Human Resource Management from Bryant University, and is a certified HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional.
